Is anyone else troubled by how really strange it is as to how many articles, blogs and posts by people are disappearing from newspapers and internet web sites that pertain to anything negative or raise questions about Obama? Censorship from the outside? This trend is not a good thing. What is he or those pulling his strings hiding? I have watched this race more than any other in my life....and the only real reason I have been so drawn to it is ..... the obama teams tactics. They are the very same tactics used against me and others by those in the church where their false doctrine is concerned. It was one thing for that sort of thing to be perpetrated by those in the church....but to watch their very same mode of operation take place on a national scale, the media even covering up for them...the personal attacks, outright lies, denials of the truth etc. by the majority to protect obama and his campian. This is truly a historical election for no other reason than that. If he wins....the churches chickens have definately come home to roost....they had their own modes of operation towards those who would defend the truth....turned back on their own heads. And it can be nothing more than Gods judgement against the church for their behaviour towards those who defend His truth. Want to preface it with this.....in 2008 Isral celebarated their 60th anniversary as a nation. We know thru prophecy that there is one more prophetic week of years....the 70th 70. So as of 2008 there are exactly 10 more yrs to go....and by 2013....there will be 7 more years before they reach their 70th. Thus the mid point would be 2015 1/2...and from that point on we can expect all out persecution...if this is and I have no doubt that it is....the seventh 70th week. Obama or his ilk....if they dont win this time....they probably will next time. ~ If they will not listen to Moses and the Prophets They will not be convinced even if someone rises from the dead ~ ~ Truth has to be absolute, eternal, and unchanging or it is not truth ~

The most cogent narrative, including excerpts from Judge Surrick's decision is found here. To say millions of us are outraged is putting it mildly. Enraged is more appropriate. If one reads the dishonorable Surrick's words, it becomes apparent this judge, if he is the one who actually wrote the decision, thinks we the people are too stupid to understand his outrageous remarks: "…regardless of questions of causation, the grievance remains too generalized to establish the existence of an injury in fact. To reiterate: a candidate's ineligibility under the Natural Born Citizen Clause does not result in an injury in fact to voters. By extension, the theoretical constitutional harm experienced by voters does not change as the candidacy of an allegedly ineligible candidate progresses from the primaries to the general election." According to this bench warmer, a candidates INELIGIBILITY to run for office doesn't present an injury to voters! We just accept fraud as eligibility! "Theoretical constitutional harm" experienced by we the people doesn't change as the fraud passes from one phase of the election cycle to another! Surrick is lost in purple haze. Typical of these weenie federal judges, when they can't find the guts to do the right thing, they take the cheap way out and try to pass the buck to the other incompetents, Congress: "So, who does have standing? According to the Hon. R. Barclay Surrick, that's completely up to Congress to decide. "If, through the political process, Congress determines that citizens, voters, or party members should police the Constitution's eligibility requirements for the Presidency, then it is free to pass laws conferring standing on individuals like Plaintiff. Until that time, voters do not have standing to bring the sort of challenge that Plaintiff attempts to bring in the Amended Complaint." In other words, we the people are supposed to sit back and allow a candidate who doesn't meet constitutional requirements for eligibility go ahead, run, get elected via massive vote fraud and hope that down the line Congress might decide to pass some law giving we the people some say in OUR government and election process? Surrick's words must have given Arnold Schwarzenegger a nocturnal emission. This is beyond outrageous. What Surrick, who by the way is a Clinton appointee, is saying is that Slobodan Thaci gets himself on the ballot in Texas for the House of Representatives by filling out a form and paying the fee. It's discovered that he's not 25, but 21, was born in Kosovo and has been a citizen less than seven years. Surrick says no one can challenge his ineligibility because it represents no harm to the voters! How about the supreme law of the land, Judge Surrick? Surrick called Phil's lawsuit to get the truth frivolous. Only after Obama defaulted on the Requests for Admissions did Surrick rule against Phil. All of this could have been avoided if Obama had simply provided a real birth certificate instead of a copy off a laser printer. Since Obama steadfastly refuses to do so, how can anyone (except Obama drones) rationally believe he can prove his citizenship? The dishonorable Judge Surrick made a very cowardly statement in his ruling: ""Plaintiff would have us derail the democratic process by invalidating a candidate for whom millions of people voted and who underwent excessive vetting during what was one of the most hotly contested presidential primary [sic] in living memory." Obama vetted? There's a rich one. By who? Let's take the FBI files on Obama and his communist mentors; see here. Obama vetted? How about his life long friendships and relationships with people like Rev. Jeramiah Wright, domestic terrorist Bill Ayers, housing slum lord, Resko and Khalid al-Mansour? Vetted by who, Judge Surrick? The DNC? Derail the election process by invalidating a candidate on constitutional grounds because millions of people were lied to about his legal status regarding eligibility? What a slap in the face to every American who believes in the supreme law of the land. Guess, what, Judge Surrick: You're damn straight we're going to get to the bottom of this and if it creates a constitutional crisis, so be it. Are we a nation of laws or lies? Obama is a nothing more than a Chicago thug in an expensive suit trying to pull a fast one on the American people and we are not going to stand for it. There is something else very strange about the decision from Surrick and news coverage. Early Saturday morning, October 25, 2008, the Philadelphia Daily News carried the story: 'Judge rejects Montco lawyer's bid to have Obama removed from ballot'; see here. At 6:25 am, I sent out a link to a column by Daniel Downs, dated October 24, 2008, posted at 11:18 PM. Within an hour after I sent my email, that column was pulled. What did it say? "After reviewing evidence presented by Attorney Philip Berg, US District Court Judge Honorable R. Barry Surrick has ruled that Barack Hussein Obama was not a "natural born" or "naturalized" citizen and is ineligible to run for and/or serve as President of the United States." Surrick's office faxed Phil the decision at 4:55 PM on October 24, 2008. Yet, Downs' column is posted six hours later -- with the exact opposite of the decision faxed to Phil. While the original link page is now blank,Click here if you look at the top where it says columnist, click on that, you will see Downs' daily columns. This is not some high school kid playing journalist. Downs' is an experienced columnist. The other odd thing is Downs believes Obama would make a great president. Why would this experienced journalist put out a column reporting a judicial decision which would take Obama out of the election if it were a lie? Where did Downs' get the decision he uses in his now pulled column? The column was cached and appears here. Click here Additionally, it appears the decision was faxed to Surrick from an outside source for his signature. After signing the decision, Surrick then faxes it to Phil. Here is the time line. Phil has suggested Surrick might have sent the fax from his home to his office so his office could then send it to Phil. There is an hour difference from the first fax and then Surrick's to Phil. Why the almost hour delay in sending on a Friday after normal business hours? These are some questions that beg answers for clarification. As for the Andy Martin lawsuit in Hawaii, he has an update, October 25, 2008. Martin's emergency writ of mandamus was denied by the Supreme Court in Hawaii on October 22, 2008; see order here Click here. The high court provides this in their decision: "Such writs are not intended to supersede the legal discretionary authority of the lower courts, nor are they intended to serve as legal remedies in lieu of normal appellate procedures." Please bear in mind that nothing in politics happens by accident. These dates are all important. October 18, 2008, Martin announces he files a lawsuit to force the Governor and Hawaii Dept of Health to produce a real birth certificate for Obama. October 21, 2008, Obama announces his grandma is so ill, he has to stop campaigning to go to Hawaii to see her. He does many more appearances while grandma languishes with a broken hip and then flies to Hawaii on the 23rd. Obama visits grandma a total of seven hours and leaves Hawaii the morning of October 25, 2008. When grandma was ailing earlier this year, Obama opted to head to St. Thomas, Virgin Islands for fun in the sun and sand instead of visiting her. Obama never visited his mother, a cultural Marxist and left-wing activist who at one time worked for the Ford Foundation, while she was dying of ovarian cancer; she died without seeing Obama again. Obama claims he didn't know how serious her condition was; his mother was already in the hospital when Obama made that statement. Ann Dunham died November 7, 1995. What was Obama doing at that time? He was busy building his political machine. Obama knows on October 22, 2008, the Supreme Court in Hawaii hasn't out right ruled against Martin, they simply send him to the lower court. The next day Obama flies to Hawaii and when he's not visiting grandma, he is doing what from the time he arrives the 23rd until the morning of the 25th? Judge Surrick (or a surrogate) issues his decision in Berg v Obama at 4:55 pm on October 24, 2008. Obama knows by the evening of the 24th, he has a temporary reprieve from Surrick, but Phil is going to appeal as this column goes to publication; see his press release here. There are now lawsuits in eight states: "Seattle WA. 10/22/2008 - Lawsuits in eight states as of this writing- Hawaii, Washington, California, Florida, Georgia. Pennsylvania, New York and Connecticut, are seeking judicial authority to force the certifying or decertifying of Senator Barack Obama's qualification to run as a candidate for President as a natural born U.S. citizen. Previously, two lawsuits have failed to force the certifying documents from Obama." What happens next? I spoke briefly with Phil via phone on Saturday. He said he would file a notice of appeal with the Third Circuit on Monday and then file a writ of certiorari with the U.S. Supreme Court as time is of the essence. What can you do? Copy the press release here. It pretty much sums up what's going on out there. FAX it to your Secretary of State, State Attorney General and county clerk with a short cover letter simply stating that until the issue of Obama's birth certificate is once and for all adjudicated by the courts, we the people demand no votes are counted for that candidate on November 4, 2008. This is a valid constitutional issue and you expect them to take it seriously. Any candidate on the ballot in any state has to be there legally. I am drafting a new letter today to fax to my state officials just as I outlined above. The only thing I need to add new is that Phil Berg is appealing to the U.S. Supreme Court just in case your elected public servant fires back the lawsuit is dead. Phil's web site now has more than 71 MILLION hits. Let's get the word out: hammer on our state officials and stay on them until this is resolved. (Notice: Bill Benson's Sixteenth Amendment lawsuit goes to oral arguments tomorrow. This is one of the most important First Amendment cases in the past century. The 7th Federal Circuit Court of Appeals has scheduled oral argument in the government's case against William J. Benson, author of The Law That Never Was-The Fraud of the 16th Amendment and Personal Income Tax. This oral argument is set for October 28th at 10:00 a.m. CDST in the Main Courtroom, Room 2721 of the United States Courthouse, 219 South Dearborn Street, Chicago, Illinois. There will be a 3 judge panel and each side will be given 20 minutes to make their argument and supplement their legal briefs already submitted. Anyone can attend. As many as possible should attend. Those in the government...federal and state, those in economic sector, those on the ground level...they are all hiding obama's history. Obama openly lies...and they cover for him...when he realizes that the lies not gonna quite cut it...he fudges on the truth a bit to appease...when more is needed...he just calls the other side crazy and a liar. And everyone is happy with that... The democrates used to love mccain...now he might as well have ebola. I couldnt for the life of me figure out why even the republicans where "protecting" this guy and are turning from their own ticket in droves. But one thing kept coming up over and over....Palin. They hate her so much that they would rather see a far left leaning democrate with ties to islamic and communist radicals in office. Actually what we have in McCain is a middle moderate republican who represent(s)(ed) what some in the republican party hoped would become the republican party of the future … more tolerant and liberal. Kind of strange to think that but that was McCain's backing that got him nominated within the Washington republican insiders. However the roots of the republican party, mainly the voters, didn't see McCain as representing them so McCain wasn't getting the response he had hoped for from the voters. Realizing he couldn't win McCain then went back to the roots of the party, much to the distain of certain 'Washington republican insiders' (meaning those wanting the tolerant liberal agenda)by choosing Palin. The selection of Palin energized the core conservative traditional base of the Republican Party voters. It is a good bet without Palin, McCain's presidential bid would have been over long ago. Those who have been leaving, jumping ship, can be compared to band wagon fans who only root for the team when it wins … in this can those departing see Palin as a threat to their 'new republican party' with her traditional conservative views. So now those "jumpers" are trying to position themselves with the "winner / leader" and a party that holds more closely to their political ideology … they just want to be on the "in" regardless of who is in power. Not attacks from the outside but truly from the inside. We have seen it at work in the professing church with those who say they want more of a 'loving easy style' so people on the outside will want to gravitate to the inside. What you are describing as 'false' republicans is the same thing we have seen with 'false' believers. It is risky to stand for the truth at it's core. McCain is double minded in what he did. Palin is more truthful yet she still agreed to pair up with McCain knowing his liberal leanings. So that makes Palin suspect in my mind. What Palin has done is more dangerous than McCain. Palin a professing believer thought nothing of bending in order to gain a desired end. Sometimes that can be ok but only when Truth is NOT bent or compromised. Palin compromised. And that is sadly the typical 'believer' today. It is clear that the modern false prophets and teachers have truly done their work well. What has happened to truth today? It is being trampled on with a pragmatic viewpoint that 'the end justifies the means'. This is what Peter Drucker, Warren, Hybels and many more have been doing in the church for years and now a generation of professing believers live it as if normal. Jesus warned us ahead of time that deception would be the rule of the day in the last days. And so it is. The church copies the world's ways and both join hands happily not understanding that they have joined in a covenant of death and stand against God Himself. Choose this day whom you will serve is the message of the day methinks. The censorship etc is not from the outside but from within. This is what has been going on in the professing church as well. People who stand up and speak for the Truth in Truth are censored, called unloving, hateful, liars and on and on. And are censored by those who call themselves Christians. As far as Palin is concerned … her rise to national prominence is interesting. Obviously she and McCain had this in the works long before August and there are recorded documents of the two working in agreement as far back as February. What I find interesting is long before any of this a pastor visiting Alaska form Africa prayed over Sarah asking God to raise her up on the political scene in the U.S., to advance her political career. There is video of this somewhere as I saw it a couple of months ago. Now before red flags go up and people start with 'yeah but's' … I believe in the power of God and in His answering prayer according to His purposes. Why is Palin where she is at this point in time … compromise? God answering prayer? Do I know? I don't know. But I do know God moves in ways that we don't always understand … for His purposes. As far as Palin's spiritual life … I do hope she has a solid Biblically sound advisor / mentor that will try to keep her walking the straight and narrow. Will she make mistake in the eyes of people being under the spot light? Absolutely … the same as any of us. Am I making excuses for her? No. But living the Christian life isn't about never making mistakes, but it is about forgiveness, repentance, learning, taking responsibility and not making the same mistakes again. The only one who was (is) ever perfect is Jesus all the others made mistakes. People will always make mistakes - especially in politics, but what I would be concerned about more is their relationship with God. We have been told that the wheat and the tares will grow up together, that they will not be separated until the harvest. We have been told that false prophets will arise, false teachers, antichrists, and wolves in sheep's clothing. The parable of the dragnet tells us that even within the "church" the two will live side by side. For those of us who are living according to God's Word we are to be an encouragement and a light pointing and giving directions to a proper relationship with God despite all the falseness around us. The true believers (sheep) will be separated (from the goats) at the harvest by the Lord. Our knowing that this is how things will be allows us to be able to address and makes attempts of correction within the church. The outside censorship that I was referring to was / is articles that speak against Obama disappearing, blogs people have written, and even posts on message boards disappearing - some blaming it on server issues, but it is strange how it has primarily targeted Obama discussions. (Also, within the last 24 hours Obama has censored by the removal of reporters from covering his campaign whose parent companies have endorsed McCain. He only wants supporting reporters reporting covering and reporting on his campaign.) Outside censorship within the church is such as the IRS restrictions placed upon pastors supporting publicly from the pulpit a particular candidate. The Drudge Report is reporting that the Obama campaign has decided to dump three newspapers from its plane for the remainder of the campaign. According to Drudge, reporters from the New York Post, Washington Times, and Dallas Morning News -- all papers that endorsed John McCain -- are being asked to move out by Sunday to make room for "network bigwigs," documentary filmmakers, and possibly reporters from two black magazines, Essence and Jet. Bob Knight, director of the Culture and Media Institute, says this is a clear attempt by the Obama campaign to control the press image at all costs. "I think this will hurt Obama because it looks as if he can't take any heat," he says. Knight suggests the expelled journalists, instead of following the campaign's script, may have just been doing their jobs. "Maybe these reporters asked some tough questions about him appearing to support traditional marriage at the same time opposing the Defense of Marriage Act and Prop. 8 in California," says the family activist. "Maybe they asked about his extreme votes on abortion and his plans for the abolition of all laws regarding abortion. Perhaps they asked him about what kind of judges he'd appoint. "I think the Obama campaign is so smug, so used to a free ride, that they feel they're free to throw anybody off the bus that doesn't sing the same tune," he concludes. It's located in the tiny New Mexico town of Espanola. Mike Naranjo pastors Rock Christian Fellowship, which uses a marquee outside of the church building to display messages to passersby. This being an election year, Naranjo put two large pictures on the sign, one of an aborted baby and the second of a healthy baby. He then put three pro-abortion candidates' names under the picture of the aborted baby and three pro-life candidates' names under the picture of the healthy baby. "We put the last names of the candidates -- Obama -- that are pro-choice. And then on the other side we put the picture of a healthy baby and the last names of McCain and the other candidates that are pro-life," he explains. Naranjo contends it did not take long for Espanola residents and the media to react. "I mean, it stirred up," he says. "It was like agitating an ants' nest." Before the dust settled, Naranjo received a surprise in the mail. "And next I had heard, we were being reported by the Americans [United] for Separation of Church and State to the IRS," he adds. Naranjo suggests he was trying to provide a voter guide similar to those distributed by the American Family Association, but his church was focusing on one issue. "Now, the problem with this is the law," he concludes. "In my opinion, it's stifling the church, the very moral conscience of America." So far the church has no legal representation, although the Alliance Defense Fund has offered to do so. Now why is that? Its her stance on abortion....thats why they hate her Yes, that is a major reason, but there is also so much more. Palin embodies everything the liberals / democrats distain. Palin's conservative morals and values of traditional family, pro-life, belief in God, someone who holds to and practices her convictions both in her own life and that of her family creates fear in the liberals / democrats consciences of having to be held responsible and held accountable to a Higher Authority. That combined with the fact that she is a woman, politically successful, a Washington outsider, someone who can stand up to Hillary and / or capture the women's vote; the liberals / democrats sense danger to their lifestyle and political ideology. Yes, they hate and fear her, because she is successfully everything they stand against. Not exactly the way I wrote it before but it captures the main drift. ~Consider~ * the Truth is not always politically correct. * I am but a man on a narrow path pointing at the Son.

So that makes Palin suspect in my mind. What Palin has done is more dangerous than McCain. Palin a professing believer thought nothing of bending in order to gain a desired end. Sometimes that can be ok but only when Truth is NOT bent or compromised. Palin compromised. I dont think she has....but it is my fear for her. Consider...daniel was put right in the middle of the brood of vipers on both sides. God works in mysterious ways and palin may just be one of them. ~ If they will not listen to Moses and the Prophets They will not be convinced even if someone rises from the dead ~ ~ Truth has to be absolute, eternal, and unchanging or it is not truth ~
